Teaching Experience

Since 2019, I have served as a lecturer at Fundação Getulio Vargas, delivering courses on Strategic Organizational Communication and Leadership. Prior to this, I supported Masters and PhD students as a Teaching Assistant, covering a range of subjects from Marketing to Human Resource Management until 2020. My academic involvement extended in 2023 when I assumed the role of Visiting Lecturer at the COPPEAD Graduate School of Business with a focus on Leadership. My initial teaching experience began in 2008, teaching English, a role I held for ten years, supported by my academic background in history and teaching qualification.

Applied Research and Consultancy

As the Principal Investigator at Instituto GUETTO since June 2023, I oversee research on racial inequality in education and employment in Brazil, applying my skills in data analysis and diversity management. At Fundação Getulio Vargas, I've been engaged as a Research Assistant since 2017, delving into Organizational Behavior and Leadership dynamics. I also teach Corporate Communication and lead HR and Diversity data projects at Global Success LLC.

As a consultant with Symbállein Consultoria, my work emphasizes quantitative analysis in People Management and Leadership. My previous research for FGV CEIPE's 'Mindsets' project assessed the influence of teacher beliefs on educational outcomes. Additionally, at Global Success LLC, I've managed projects analyzing HR and Diversity in Brazilian corporations.

Training Services

I offer a range of training and development programs aimed at enhancing leadership and management skills across various sectors. These include inclusive and shared leadership training, which aim to create collaborative and equitable workplace cultures. Training in people and team leadership focuses on improving interpersonal and team management skills. Anti-racist leadership training addresses systemic issues in the workplace.

For individual career growth, I provide career mentoring and for organizational development, training in anti-racist management, team-focused anti-racism, and inclusion are available. Programs such as data-driven decision-making equip leaders with analytical skills necessary for strategic planning. My services also extend to public service-oriented leadership, public-private partnership leadership, and understanding the impact of leadership on organizational culture. Each program is designed to deliver practical, effective strategies for today’s diverse work environments.

My services encompass two critical areas: RH Analytics and Quantitative Data Analysis for Public Policy. In RH Analytics, I specialize in dissecting HR data to reveal valuable insights, forecast human capital trends, and formulate strategic directions that bolster organizational performance and workforce morale. For Public Policy, my expertise lies in analyzing quantitative data across various domains such as Education, Security, and People Management. Here, I interpret intricate data to aid policymakers in creating effective, evidence-based strategies that improve public services and align with societal objectives and governance standards.
